Lower House Guest House

We offer comfortable accommodation in four en-suite bedrooms:

One spacious family room, one large double room, one large single room and one smaller single room. Our bed quilts were made especially for us in Vietnam.

We are pleased to offer a smoke-free environment at Lower House and have  supplied you with a kettle and a wide selection of Fairtrade teas, herbal teas, coffee and hot chocolate in your room. Although we welcome children we do not cater for guest pets – our cat nearly left home when finding a strange dog in the house!

All our rooms have original artworks and ‘artistic’ names. ‘Work in Progress’ is ‘only the name of the room’!

‘Untitled’ is our largest family room

with both a king-sized and single bed. The room has plenty of storage space with an additional writing table and chairs. The en suite is a good sized bathroom with a shower, bath and full length mirror. There is an additional hand basin in the room.

It also has a king-sized bed, plenty of storage space, a dressing table and a full length mirror. The room has a modern en suite  shower room.

‘Opus 3b’ is a large single room

at the back of the house overlooking our pretty walled garden. The room has a single divan bed, storage space, a writing table and chair and a full length mirror. This room also has a modern en suite shower room.

‘Composition in Blue’ is our smaller single bedroom

at the front of the house with a single bed, storage space, a writing desk and chair and a modern en suite shower room.
